They say its your thoughts that control your actions. While their is much truth to that statement, much more is in play than just your mindset in order to live a full and productive lifestyle. You have to exercise.
Being physically fit is more than just going for a run or lifting heavy weights. Its about the benefits to our brain and overall health, which help us in the choices we make, how we live, think and learn.
We all strive daily to work at evolving and in making meaningful progress, and fitness is a major part of it.
