tip #10 - legs are vital

If a building does not have a solid foundation it falls apart. Your legs are your foundation. You must work out your legs every week to keep them strong and to lessen that sore feeling we all dread. No one likes to train their legs, but it's a well-known fact that doing so will help you build a stronger upper body. I recommend you squat, do calf raises, deadlift, step-ups and leg press your leg muscles, to build stronger leg bones and a solid muscular foundation.*

tip #11 - music

Music is a motivating tool that helps you finish strong when lifting weights or doing cardio. Push yourself when completing your health goals with a music playlist that you enjoy listening to and that motivates you to give your max effort.*

tip #12 - foam roller

Attack and stretch problematic muscles during pre-warm up using a foam roller. This method allows tight or overactive muscles to relax and elongate, improving muscle extensibility. Go slow when foam rolling so that bunched up muscle fibers can align. Find the knot, hold and focus on deep breathing.*
