Clients who are in good health and exercise on a consistent basis should consider High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), to burn fat faster while maintaining muscle mass. High intensity workouts raise your heart rate, works out the heart and keeps burning calories even after you are done exercising.*

tip #3 - proper form

No matter the type of exercise you are performing, make sure to always use proper form, in order to minimize injuries and get maximum results.*
